You can create advertising on Facebook, you should have one Facebook Page for it.
Create a Facebook Page related to your product and feed al information like Log & Image as well as few details.
Once you created your Facebook Page, Go to Google, search for Facebook Ads Manager.
You have to click and second result and go to directly Facebook Ads Manager.
You will reach to Facebook Advertising page
Your Ads Manager will open and you can create here your advertisement.
To create ads go to top right side 3 dots. Click on it and you will see create advertising option.
Go to create new Ads, here you will find many options to choose your objectives.
You can choose your ads for lead, Link click, App Promotion, Messaging & WhatsApp response Ads.
So for creation of advertisement on Facebook
1 - Create Your Facebook Page
2 - Get your Facebook Page to be aprroved first
3 - Search for Facebook Ads Manager on Google.
4 - Create Ads from this platform
